I have been with A-Team since December 2016 as a Technician. I specialize in customer service and seek out continuing education as much as possible. I have completed an industry required course of professional carpet cleaning in order to receive my first certification in this field.
I am no stranger to customer service as I have 3 years experience in the appliance repair industry prior to working at A-Team Carpet Clean. I am a very proud father of a beautiful girl, and I love animals. My favorite hobbies are fishing and hiking, and I come from Alaska where there is plenty of that.
One thing that I really enjoy about my job is meeting new people and making them happy with my workmanship.
Our friend and co-worker Laura Jean Bush, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday October 4th, 2017. We are still trying to cope with the loss of such a wonderful person that was taken from this world too soon. To keep her memory alive, we are keeping her bio on our page and we made a blog to honor her life: In Loving Memory
"HI, My name is Laura Bush and I have been with A-Team Carpet Clean in Lawton, OK since December 2016 as their Secretary. I started working on a part time basis and was offered a full time position after a co-worker's promotion.
I bring 25 years of customer service experience. Needless to say, I know how to take care of my customers and assist my team.
I have a son who is my world, and I am very proud of the young man he is turning out to be. I have the best family, with loving parents and two sisters, all residing in Lawton as well.
Working at A-Team has been a really wonderful experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn new skills. I love my co-workers, I am treated like family, and I most definitely love working Monday-Friday!!!"
I have been with A-Team Carpet Clean since November 2014. I was hired to fill a new position as Secretary, and I was promoted to Manager during late 2016. I have also gone out and cleaned with the team. I have helped in many areas like tile cleaning, carpet cleaning, water extraction, and even a little upholstery cleaning. I enjoy getting out and getting my hands dirty so that I can understand what my customers need and how to help when they call, and to better assist any questions my team may have..
I have been in customer service for 8 years and enjoy talking to and meeting people. I am married to a wonderful and loving husband and have been blessed with three amazing baby girls that are my world! We have a dog named Bruno and a playful cat named Kitty Kat.
I have been so lucky to be a member of the best team there is here at A-Team. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. I love my bosses Chris and Krystal. They are wonderful people that truly have huge hearts and are very caring! I also enjoy all of our customers and being able to answer the phones and make our customers feel happy and taken care of - that always brightens my day! Being a part of a family business is so important to me. It makes me feel like my family and I are a part of another huge family that always takes care of each other.
I started working for A-Team Carpet Clean in November 2017. I wear many hats for the company, but my favorite is my customer service hat. I take pride in the level of service we provide. I spend a lot of my time doing research on the science and techniques of all the services we provide so that the company and I can be the best at what we do. My favorite quote is from Ralph Waldo Emerson; “You are what you think about all day long,” and the majority of my day is spent thinking about how I can ensure that our customers are getting the best service possible.
When I am not thinking about work I am spending time with my husband and two children. We spend most of our time with our extended family having BBQ’s, camping, and things of the like. We also like to do projects around the house as a team to make our home beautiful and comfortable.
I am so proud to be a member of A-Team Carpet Clean and look forward to many years to come with my bosses Chris and Krystal. They take pride in their business and really care about their employees.

I founded A-Team Carpet Clean in 2009 to serve Lawton, Oklahoma. Being from Comanche County out of Indiahoma Oklahoma, I was brought up with country ways. My personal motto is to work hard, respect your elders, and be fair and polite. When you work for someone give 100%, and if you tell a man you will do something then keep your word and follow through. My customers deserve this same service and my team helps me provide this every day. To keep up on new education in my industry, I have completed multiple IICRC certified classes for carpet cleaning, spot/stain removal, water restoration, odor control, and business management.
I have been working in the customer service industry since 1999 and have volunteered as a Comanche County reserve sheriff deputy for two years. I have a fantastic, beautiful, hard working wife who is a loving mother of my son. I have a good looking Italian mastiff named Axel who is also our team mascot. A new addition to our home is my son's cat, Face, named by my wife.
I am always excited to meet new customers. The smiles on their face or the "we will definitely be calling you back" comments when we get finished keeps the excitement going. My return customers are like family we haven't seen for 6 months. It's always great to catch up on how they have been.
I love what A-Team has become and I couldn't do it all without my amazing team. They work hard for our customers, have pride in their work, and strive for greatness. With this model of service I have grown from one service van to three and have added new positions within the company in order to provide better customer service. I have been able to provide my customers with the most state of the art equipment available in my industry for a better experience in cleaning and also water restoration. What better job can you have when your co-workers are like family and you get to make new friends every day?
I have been by my husband's side since the day A-Team Carpet Clean opened for business in 2009. I helped clean when needed, scheduled appointments, and maintained bookkeeping. I also attended cosmetology school at the same time. In 2012, I attended and completed an IICRC certified class for color correction. I consistently keep my team properly educated in this area.
I have been in customer service for 5 years and I'm a former respiratory therapist. I am married to a great husband and partner. We have a loving son that shares both our hearts, along with our dog Axel (who is also A-Team's mascot), and our cat, Face, named after the good looking guy on the A-Team movie. ;-)
My current role within the company is Color Correction Specialist and Bookkeeper of our large accounts. I am the only Color Correction Specialist in Lawton in the carpet cleaning industry. I take pride in that not everyone can do this and the customers are always so nice and thankful of my work.
